Beefaroni Causes Bad Cramps - Chef Boyardee, Oak Ridge Tennessee

We always have Chef Boyardee in the cabinet but I ate a can of beefaRoni about 3 hours ago and now I'm having like muddy watery diarrhea after having really strong stomach cramps and hearing that colon squirting sound. I even had a little bit of nausea right before I finished my bowl. It also caused some bad bloating and some stinky hard gas. My diarrhea smells sooooo bad and almost has like a metal smell...
