After eating Chex Mix from here in Tucson AZ I suffered from severe diarrhea, excruciating stomach cramps, nausea, weakness and exhaustion that continued for several hours and left me bedridden and dehydrated after symptoms finally faded. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Weakness

Just like me I haven't been sick in one year and I'm not sick right now it is because I practice really good hand hygiene like after touching something that somebody who had the common cold last week touched I haven't been sick in 19 months my dad had a cold in May but he's cold symptom free now and so am I we both have ben cold symptom free for awhile now my dad was sick about 5 months ago and has ben cold symptom free ever since then I was sick about 19 months ago and have ben cold symptom free ever since then I feel well right now
