Chick'n Strips Trigger Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Puyallup Washington

My wife bought an order chicken strip and a med coffee for herself and nuggets for our 3 yr old daughter to eat, from my understanding. Got home within about 2 hrs of consumption and with the next 3 hrs my wife started having (scale 0-5 pain) level 3 pain in here abdominal area. She rest for another hr or so. After which she started to have hot & cold chills alternating every roughly 30mins. Then body aches start at a level 4, along with alternating vomiting and un controllable diarrhea every 20min. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache, Stomach Pain
