I stopped by on Saturday August 10 @ 8:47pm.
I ordered a #1 breaded chicken sandwich Combo with a large lemonade and mayo as condiments. I got home and ate my food and shortly after I got on the phone to talk to a friend. We talked for almost two hours and my stomach didn't seem to be digesting properly. After my phone call, I went to sleep. Around 3:12 Sunday morning, I woke up extremely cold and I had chills. I was feeling very nauseated. I got up and vomited profusely. So much so that I strained my back and stomach muscles. I drank water and took my temp. I had a fever 102.7. I ended up going to urgent care on Tuesday because I wasn't getting any better. I was dehydrated and given antibiotics because there was a bit of infection. Also prescribed meds for pain and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
