Consumed a grilled chicken sandwich last night with fries at 8pm. My young child had a 6 count kids nuggets meal with fries. My son woke up vomiting at 5 am and shortly thereafter I was having diarrhea. My stomach is still upset still suffering diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
