At Chick-Fil-a. I have 4 kids and was in agony for 2 days. I couldn’t eat or drink anything without it all being pissed out my ass almost immediately. Anytime I stood up I was puking. I puked so hard I scared everyone in the house. All I got was a spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries and a drink. I Im Still home 3 days later this sucks. If you want proof can provide my bank statement of course I don’t have the receipt I ate there and left. This was in Hyannis, Ma. I did provide City and state not sure why this application is saying a didn’t provide that info. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
