Bowie, MD Crain Highway, Chicken "Nuggets" with their versions of sweet-and-sour sauce. I was feeling okay for about eight hours, and then I felt serious nausea for hours on end. Just the smell of food was enough to make me vomit. I'm certain that Chic-fil-a was the source because my wife did not eat any of the meal, and she has no symptoms (we've been careful to avoid transmittal contact in any way).
