Bowie, MD Crain Highway, Chicken "Nuggets" with their versions of sweet-and-sour sauce. I was feeling okay for about eight hours, and then I felt serious nausea for hours on end. Just the smell of food was enough to make me vomit. I'm certain that Chic-fil-a was the source because my wife did not eat any of the meal, and she has no symptoms (we've been careful to avoid transmittal contact in any way). None of my coworkers show the same signs, so I can only conclude that the virus originated with Chic-fil-a. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
