I ate around 6:00pm. I had a spicy CFA deluxe sandwich, a large fry, and a medium lemonade. At 10:50pm I had stomach pain, nausea, and a headache. I had diarrhea. I went to lay down after I finished. I got up again around 5 or so minutes after 11 and had diarrhea, again.

I ordered a chicken sandwich & it had a black spot on it. I assumed it was just burnt, but now I think it might have been spoiled or something. About 12 hours later i started having stomach pains & felt nauseous.

Purchase a no 1 meal with vanilla shake. About hour after eating experience. Intense chilling aching cramping. ONCE THROW UP I WAS RELIEVE A LITTLE. CALL KAISER P. SPOKE TO NURSE ABOUT MY SMPTOMS.
