Stopped to get some food after not eating all day. I ordered myself a chicken sandwich. I felt fine initially in the moment and around 7 o'clock I started having massive diarrhea along with a raging headache. This is probably the worst sleep I've ever had. I'm currently trying to sleep and I can't. I'm tossing and turning from pain I'm getting chills. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
