Fruit Cup Illness ER - Chick-Fil-A, Westborough Massachusetts

Ate Fruit cup for lunch around 2:30. It tasted odd but looked quite fresh. By 4:30 I started feeling stomach pain and nausea. Diarrhea, chills and fever started around 3am. Slept 1.5 hours. Stomach pain is 10 on the scale. Experiencing swollen stomach and can't get comfortable. Pain is felt under the ribcage to the low intestinal area. It's been 16 hours and no change. I have just been advised by Gastroentersologist to go to ER | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain, Chills
