Ordered grilled chicken nugget meal. When I ate it, it had the SAME texture as tuna. Extra soft and such. I didn't mind cause I was hungry and had a short lunch break. 30 mins later I was vomiting and experiencing BAD diarrhea. EVERYTIME I think about those grilled chicken nuggets I throw right back up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
