My brother orderd two chicken salad sandwiches from Chick Fil A. He ate one himself and I got the second one. Fast forward 3 hours later, I start to feel a sore throat coming on and all of sudden I hear my brother upstairs in the bathroom vomiting as if he spilling his intestines out. I start getting second thoughts in my head "could it be the chicken?" So I pass it off as nothing and head to bed thinking I will be fine the next morning, boy I was wrong. I woke up at 6 am I felt the chills coming on and a sore throat that felt like it was semented to the ground, along with a mild fever. I couldn't get up off my bed to even attempt to go to school. Every chance I got I always felt light headed and dizzy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Dizziness, Chills, Lightheaded, Sore Throat, Soreness
