I ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, waffle fries and lemonade. Within 30 mins- dizziness and vomiting. 1 hour later, I had headache. I went to the doctor and they told me I had food poisoning poisoning. That's the only meal I had today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
