I had a grilled chicken sandwich meal with a gluten free bun. Two hours later when I got home I started having diarrhea, vomiting and I passed out. I have now been at the hospital for two days for these on going issues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

The same thing happened to me yesterday. Mind you, I eat Chick-filet grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun 1-2 times a month and this is the first time I became ill. It was like I had mistakenly eaten gluten. I am still feeling bad today at work. :-(
