Food Safety Report: Chick-Fil-A.

Ordered a cool chicken wrap, ranch dressing and a lemonaid. Almost wound up in the hospital. Within hours had sever vomiting, Diarrhea and immense body aches. The food tasted and smelled okay but needless to say, I will never order that again. Was a horrible night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
