Food Safety Report: Chick-Fil-A.

I ate the chicken salad sandwich on Wednesday Jan 28, 2015. I became ill shortly after I ate. My symptoms became worse throughout the next 2 days. Tonight I went into CareNow and was told that I had a case of food poisoning. I was given a prescription and told to rest and keep fluids going through the weekend. I have never felt this bad before in my life after eating. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
