Yesterday afternoon, Spicy chicken sandwich  I got sick about 90 minutes after eating there and it was the only thing I ate that day. I began to vomit everywhere, having to leave work early. I vomitted for 7 hours straight at least 25 times. It was accompanied by fever chills cramps nausea diarrhea and dehydration  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Dehydration, Chills
