I had a spicy chicken sandwich tonight around 630. At 10 to 1030 I woke up with horrible stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea. At 12 am started vomiting as well. I have never had symptoms like this or any reason to believe I was exposed to any virus either. I did not notice anything unusual about the taste of the sandwich but didn’t notice some darker meet within it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
