I ate a spicy chicken sandwhich at 2 PM on 3/28/2018 and within 3 hours my stomach was in severe pain and I started vomiting violently and had diarrhea. The only other thing I ate that day was cereal, which I eat every single day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
