Chicken Biscuit Meal Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Macon Georgia

I eat here once or twice a week and I prefer and order from their breakfast meal a chicken biscuit meal. Today on 102518 at around 830 am I order the CBM and ate it mind you I hadnt eaten anything this morning. A few minutes later I start having stomach cramps really bad stomach cramps I was cramping in fetal position style on a couch at my job... I thought it would go away but it didnt. .. I felt disoriented nauseous and hot I called my taxi and went home and immediately threw up. Been in my bed since then....its 5pm now | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
