I had a southwest salad for lunch. By 3 am as I was broken down along I-95, I had to use the guardrail as a toilet seat. Thank god I had a box of tissues in the car. 2 bouts of colon emptying, I was begging for death once the vomiting started. Was taken 45 minutes to the hotel where we were spending the weekend. I spent from 5am til 6pm in the fetal position. Sleep did not come, I closed my eyes to a Star Trek like red alert, complete with listing and flashing red light. It took almost another 24 hours to regain an appetite and recover from the dehydration. Was it the chicken on the salad or unclean vegetables. It is in the list of the top five times of being sick which includes kidney stones. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
