Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: lettuce
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: Three people checked into the ER within an hour of me with the same issues after eating this. I had severe vommitting and diarrhea about 12 hours after eating here. While in the ER two others checked in with the same symptoms after eating here. We all think it was from the lettuce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
