Cobb salad w/garlic and herb ranch dressing caused nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. The diarrhea has happened multiple times I’ve eaten the same salad…first time vomiting today-2/8/22. Something is up with those salads. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else
