I ate an original chicken sandwich with a pack of mayonnaise, medium fry with chick fil a sauce and a diet dr. Pepper around 4:30 yesterday afternoon in Cullman, Al. Around 7:30 pm I started feeling nauseated. By 11:00 pm I had projectile vomiting, diarrhea, headache, and stomach pain. I’ve never had bad service or bad food from here before. My family ate too. We had the calendar card but I was the only one that got sick. I was the only one who ate mayo and sauce too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
