I haven’t ate all day, first thing that comes to my mind is chick fil a, I ordered the spicy strips, fries and drink, I ate about two strips once I noticed my stomach was hurting like hell but I didn’t think anything of it, it was around 5:30pm I decided to take a nap because I felt dizzy, i slept through the rest of the day, I then woke up in the middle of the night crying to my boyfriend saying my stomach hurts really really bad, he asked if I wanted to go to the hospital I said no let me try to use the bathroom first, I used it or whatever... got back into bed and was still feeling the same (stomach pain, feeling like I could throw up any second and dizzy still). Next morning I’m stil feeling like shit! On my way to the hospital now thanks! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
