Fruit Cup Illness Strikes - Chick-Fil-A, Los Angeles California

On 102218 I went to Chick fil A. All I ate was a fruit cup while my son had a chicken sandwich. About 2 hours later I started having horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. Since then my symptoms worsened and I have been throwing up and have been having diarrhea since. Nobody will help me or return my calls. I have had to go to the urgent care twice and am now on 6 different medications. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
