Grilled Chicken Illness Alert - Chick-Fil-A, Hapeville Georgia

On June 11, 2026 I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal with Chick-fil-a sauce chips and a sprite. A little before midnight my stomach began cramping and I threw up about five or six times before taking 400 mg of ibuprofen and 4mg of nausea medicine- after which I threw up every half an hour beginning at 2 A.M. I was finally able to sleep around 5 A.M, I then woke up at 7:30 A.M feeling better little did I know…thirty minutes later the stomach pain would come back and I would once again be throwing up this time it was bile and mucus. I felt very light headed and dizzy as a result of dehydration due to me not being able to keep any liquids down. I went to urgent care and they advised me to go the E.R.
