I bought an 8 count of nuggets and a large Mac and cheese. I woke up a few hours later and am in the most pain I’ve ever been in. Liquid diarrhea and vomiting at the same time is by far the worst. I’d rather die than eat at chick fil a again. I feel like I’m on my death bed (more like toilet) right now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
