Ordered a southwest salad with spicy chicken. An hour after eating, I began vomiting incessantly to the point where I had blood in my vomit. I had chills, fever, diarrhea, and stomach pain. I had to go to the ER to get fluids and IV medications to stop vomiting. It took hours for doctors to get me to stop throwing up. Clearly at chick fila there’s a cleanliness issue in addition to their terrible company values. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
