Ordered a southwest salad with spicy chicken. An hour after eating, I began vomiting incessantly to the point where I had blood in my vomit. I had chills, fever, diarrhea, and stomach pain. I had to go to the ER to get fluids and IV medications to stop vomiting. It took hours for doctors to get me to stop throwing up.
