Ate chipotle on July 2, 2025. Fell ill on July 3, 2025 and extremely sick for days. Severed stomach pain resulted in hospitalization in July 6, 2025 with a confirmed diagnosis of colitis. Testing confirmed it was a result of salmonella poisoning. Will never eat this establishment again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Ordered the chicken/pollo pollo al pastor. That and the brown rice and hot salsa were the unique items to my order. I was only one who got sick. Rest of family was fine. Date food was consumed was Jun-12 evening, sick the next morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
