Ate chipotle on July 2, 2025. Fell ill on July 3, 2025 and extremely sick for days. Severed stomach pain resulted in hospitalization in July 6, 2025 with a confirmed diagnosis of colitis. Testing confirmed it was a result of salmonella poisoning. Will never eat this establishment again.

Had dizziness and vomiting after eating at Chipotle in Wayne. Had Chorizo meat with lettuce, medium hot sauce and brown rice. I think it was the Choizo or lettuce Happened at 11:30 am on 11/17/18
