Had dizziness and vomiting after eating at Chipotle in Wayne. Had Chorizo meat with lettuce, medium hot sauce and brown rice. I think it was the Choizo or lettuce Happened at 11:30 am on 11/17/18 | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dizziness
