Ate grilled chicken nuggets, fries, and a fountain drink around 3pm. Got super nauseous and hot around 7pm and was throwing up by 11pm. Got up to throw up every hour until 7am and now have chills, fever, and body aches. Little sister has the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Body Ache
