Today, A chicken sandwich from a fast food restaurant Ate a chicken sandwich on Wednesday 12/22/2021 night about 9:30 on. About 2 hrs later started with bad stomach cramps. By 5:30 am I was vomiting and diarrhea severely. That last for about 4 hours. I then got a massive headache and body aches. I tried to sip on broth and Pedialyte throughout the day. Which didn’t help. I threw it up or had diarrhea from it. I couldn’t stop my headache or the muscle aches. My stomach was cramping all day. I finally had to go to the hospital around 10:30pm the next day. 12/23/2021 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Body Ache, Muscle Pain
