6701 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh, 27615 North Carolina, United States

Ate a sandwich and sweet tea from there. Was fine until 5 hours later.
Began throwing up, and was nauseous, and diarrhea.
Threw up and had diarrhea for 13 straight hours.
Stilll in bed. No fever, just depleted.
That was the only thing I ate yesterday or drank other than bottled water.
Certain this is what caused it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
