Frozen Lemonade Illness Suspected - Chick-Fil-A, Odessa Texas

I ate here. I had 8 piece Nuggets, fries and a frozen lemonade.  I’m the only one that got sick out of 2 people. I had this one other time about 2 years ago. The symptoms came within an hour after finishing the meal. We had to go to a grocery store to find a restroom. I p**ped 2 times, but felt like I was going to throw up. I actually tried to, but it wouldn’t come. My pulse rate was at 110. The chicken tasted really good, as did the lemonade. The fries were good but some were more limp and crisp. I tend to think it is the frozen lemonade. Now I’m back home and emptying my bowels, It happened on March 18, 2021, | Symptoms: Nausea, Other
