Chick fil-a order grilled nuggets larger size think it was 12 piece. About 7 hours later major stomach pains, couldn’t sleep all night. Had to stay home from work. Pain all day. Major diarrhea and dehydration. I didn’t eat anything else all day either. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
