the only thing i ate was chic fil a, spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal w oreos milkshake, i ate the meal and that was all, after 11 hours i vomited then went to sleep woke up vomited, slept again and vomited for the last and third time | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever
