I purchased and ate the southwest salad around 1 pm on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Around 4pm I began to have severe stomach pain. I started to have severe diarrhea followed by vomiting until my stomach was empty. The following day I still have severe diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
