I ate a spicy chicken sandwich and fries, and then when I went to bed my stomach was hurting so bad. A couple hours into the night after falling asleep I woke up and started vomiting violently in the bathroom. I vomited 5 times in 3 hours, and they were extremely painful vomits. Then it transitioned to explosive diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
