Additional information: On Saturday, January 11, I ate a Cobb Salad from this Chick Filet. In the group of people who ate there, I was the only one to eat the salad. Less than 24 hours later I was suffering from the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. It’s 6 days later and I’m still feeling some of the side effects. It came on suddenly and violently. Severe stomach cramps, severe and nearly uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting. Diarrhea continued for 5 days. I feel like it was the lettuce in the salad or maybe the blueberries since other people had chicken and were fine. But who knows…. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
