Saturday August 31st of 2024 I hadn’t ate anything at all that day…so after dropping of my husband at work I stopped at Chick-Fil a to get a pimento chz chk sandwich with Mac and chz a sweet tea and a ice cream cone.
I ordered it around 3:30 ate and decided to finish my ice cream cone afterwords within a hour I was in major stomach pains and non stop throwing up along with chills and cramps in back made it to the er by 5 and have been hospitalized for ecoli for 3 days now… doctor had stated it was the second person sick with ecoli from the same chic fil a… | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
