Food Safety Report: Chick-Fil-A.

Ate 12pc nuggets for lunch January 7th, 2013. Began feeling off near 3pm. By the time I got home from work, I had a fever (101.7). Had to call in sick to work two days (unpaid). Fever broke Wednesday, but didn't begin eating until friday (before was force feeding soup and gatorade). Currently have esophagitis due to the viral infection, which makes swallowing painful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
