I ate a chicken wrap. Have been having diarrhea, vomiting, fatigue, loss of appetite, stomach cramps since 6 this morning. Feel terrible!, Roughly 7 hours after eating dinner. I ate the chicken wrap, went to sleep then woke up in excruciating pain around 6 a.m. vomiting and diarrhea with chills and body aches all day. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Loss of Appetite, Cramps, Chills, Fatigue, Body Ache
