Got a #1 with diet lemonade. My stomach felt uneasy pretty shortly after but around 3-4 hours later started vomiting, had awful cramps almost as bad as labor contractions and liquid diarrhea. It’s been almost 24 hours since the vomiting started and I am started to feel better. Just very weak and achy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
