Chick-Fil-A
I ate a chicken nuggets kids meal with fries and polynesian sauce. Something about the sauce seemed off but I didn't think much of it at the time. Two hours later I was extremely ill with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. It's now been about 24 hours and I am still feeling weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
