I never had a problem with the chick fil a food items until today. I ordered a chicken nugget meal with honey mustard dipping sauce. After about 40 minutes I started getting diarrhea and nausea. It didn't stop so I went to the urgent care. I kept having to go to the bathroom. I had a fever of 102 so I got really sick from eating nuggets.
So I'm going to think twice before the next time I stop at the chick fil a place. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
