Ate the basic chicken sandwich for dinner. I didn't even have fries, just the sandwich. Within a couple of hours I had diarrhea and vomiting all through the night and chills. Still recovering the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
