ER Visit After Sandwich - Chick-Fil-A, Rockford Illinois

My Mother and I both got grilled chicken sandwiches Wednesday, April 11 at 8pm while traveling. We had business in Rockford Thursday morning and immediately returned to our home in MI by Thursday at 7pm. In the early hours of Friday morning, we found ourselves both extremely ill. Neither had eaten anything since.
