I was feeling perfectly fine today, after my nap I went and got some food from there around 10 including a medium fry, 4 piece nuggets and lemonade. Then around 15-30 minutes later I get abdominal pain and my stomach hurts, to the point where I thought I was going to pass out and puke everywhere. After having diarrhea for around 10 minutes I still feel like I’m going to puke and my stomach is still in a lot of pain including cramps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
